CLAREMONT, Calif. - Five members of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's tennis team earned Scholar-Athlete honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, the organization announced this week.

Seniors Ella Brissett and Alisha Chulani earned spots on the Scholar-Athlete team for the Athenas, along with junior Lindsay Eisenman, and first-years Celestina Cedillo-Vayson de Pradenne and Rebecca Kong

The Scholar-Athlete teams require meeting a minimum grade point average during the 2024-25 academic year. In addition to the five individuals honored, the Athenas also earned All-Academic Team distinction for having a grade point average over a 3.2.

CMS finished the year with an 18-4 record and reached the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III Tournament. Eisenman went on to win the NCAA singles title, and was joined on the ITA All-America list by Brissett, Chulani and Kong.
