Earned a top-100 finish at nationals (88th) on a snowy, frigid course in Lansing, Michigan with a time of 26:01.7 ... Came in 21st at SCIACs with a 25:57.3 ... Began the year with a PR in a 6K race at the Redlands Invitational, finishing in 19:33.0. 

2021-22 (Junior)
All-American ... SCIAC Champion ... SCIAC Athlete of the Year ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Set a new CMS record for an 8K race, breaking the old record by almost 40 seconds to finish third at the NCAA Division III Championships in 23:40.4 ... Set a course record at Pomona-Pitzer by winning the SCIAC Championship in 24.24.7, earning the league's Athlete of the Year Award ... Finished second at the NCAA West Region Championship (behind teammate Stevie Steinberg) to earn All-Region honors ... Took a huge leap in the postseason, running three minutes faster on the NCAA course in Louisville than he did at the Division III Pre-Nationals on the same course a month earlier, when he was 104th ... Also ran over a minute and a half faster on Pomona-Pitzer's course in the SCIAC Championships than he did in the regular season, when he ran a 25:25.2 to come in 24th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.

2019-20 (First-Year)
SCIAC Newcomer of the Year ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week (Nov. 4) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished 10th at the SCIAC Championships with a PR of 25:22.3, as the fifth scorer for the Stags, helping CMS to the team title ... Earned NCAA Division III National Athlete of the Week honors from the USTFCCCA for his part in the SCIAC championship ... Finished in the top 100 at nationals (89th) with a time of 25:23.8 to help CMS to a sixth-place team finish ... Earned All-West honors with a 26:28.4 at regionals, finishing 28th ... Was 25th in his college debut at the Biola Invitational ... Earned a top-10 (No. 7) at the Coyote Challenge, hosted by CSU San Bernardino. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Foothill Technology High School in Ventura, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Earned league and CIF Southern Section Division 4 championships in the 3200 meters ... Came in second in the league championships in the 1600 meters with a PR of 4:22.20. 

Personal
Attends Harvey Mudd, where he has a dual major in computer science and mathematics ... Also competes for the CMS track and field team in the spring ... Younger brother, Oliver, also attends Harvey Mudd and is a first-year on the cross country and track and field teams during the 2021-22 season.
