2022-23 (Senior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in four races ... Began the year with a personal-best 20:33.0 in a 6K race at the Redlands Invitational ... Ran a season-best 8K race of 26:52.2 at the Cougar Challenge hosted by CSU San Marcos.

2021-22 (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in two races during cross country season. 

2020-21 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Stags did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019-20 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in four races in his rookie season ... Came in 32nd place at the Coyote Challenge, hosted by CSU San Bernardino ... Was 63rd at the SCIAC Championships (out of 132), finishing in 27:22.7. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Sunset high School in Portland, Oregon, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Set a new PR in the Metro League Championships in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:17.19 ... Had PRs of 2:06.36 in the 800 and 9:08.92 in the 3000 ... Came in first place in the 3000 meters in a dual meet with Mountainside.  

Personal
Attends Harvey Mudd, where he majors in computational chemistry ... Hobbies include hiking and camping in the mountains ... Also a member of the CMS track and field team in the spring.
