Came in second place at the SCIAC Championships in the steeplechase, setting a new CMS record with a time of 9:04.65 while earning all-league honors ... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships and came in 16th place ... Set a PR in the 5000 at the Oxy Distance Carnival in 14:42.72 ... Won the steeplechase at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by La Verne on March 5 ... Set a PR in the 1500 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual in 3:57.66.

USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... Part of the seven-runner contingent that represented CMS in the NCAA Regional and National Championships ... Ran a 25:17.4 to earn 16th place at the SCIAC Championships and earn all-league accolades ... Came in 25th at the NCAA West Regionals in 25:42.3 to take all-region honors ... Ran a PR for an 8K race with a 25:02.9 at the NCAA Championships to finish 142nd ... Was 18th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:40.2 ... Ran a 25:15.0 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Earned 27th at the NCAA Division III Pre-Nationals against a large field with over 40 teams in it, running a 25:09.0.

SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in three meets before the suspension of spring sports ... Came in third place in the steeplechase at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual with a time of 9:41.98 ... Was 17th in the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers meet with a PR of 8:47.39 ... Ran the DMR at the CMS Rossi Relays.
2018-19 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team … Set a PR in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the SCIAC Championships with a 9:30.16 to come in seventh place ... Also ran in the 5000 at SCIACs, finishing 11th with a 15:19.30 ... Was third in the steeplechase at the second and third SCIAC Multi-Dual Meets of the regular season, after finishing fourth in the first one ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 15:03.61 ... Ran a personal-best 4:06.92 in the 1500 at the Redlands Invitational.

Attended Minnetonka High School in Minnesota, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams.
