2022-23 Track and Field (Sophomore)

Won the steeplechase in 9:33.82 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual which CMS hosted, earning a new PR ... Was second in the steeplechase at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Caltech, and third in the steeplechase at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual, hosted by Occidental ... Was third in the mile (4:34.64) at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Meet. 

2022 Cross Country (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in five races ... Earned a top-50 finish (42nd out of 115) at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 26:49.3 ... Attended De La Salle High School in Concord, California, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Part of a CIF North Coast Section Cross Country Championship team at De La Salle as a junior in 2019 ... Finished 46th out of 147 runners at sectionals ... Team finished ninth at the state championships ... Won the 3200 meters at the De La Salle Super 7 Invitational during track and field season as a senior in 2021.
