Earned second-team All-America honors in the 400-meter hurdles with a 53.64 at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships, placing 13th ... Won the SCIAC title in the 400 hurdles with a 53.07 ... Broke the CMS record in the 400 hurdles with a 52.57 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, surpassing a mark that had stood for 20 years (52.68) since it was set by Roman Marenin in 2004 ... Earned SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week after two top-10 finishes at the Triton Invitational, finishing third in the 400 hurdles and ninth in the 400 meters ... 2022-23 (Sophomore)
USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... Scored in the 400-meter hurdles at the SCIAC Championships with a fourth-place finish (54.28), setting a new PR ...  Finished in first place in the 400 hurdles at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual, hosted by CMS In 56.46 ... Was third in the 400 hurdles at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet ... Part of a distance medley relay team that ran a 9:54.58 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Indoor Invitational (no DMR team at CMS had ever broken 10 minutes, indoors or outdoors).  

2021-22 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished tenth at the SCIAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, his first action after being sidelined for two months ... Won the 400 hurdles at the Redlands Invitational with a PR of 56.77 on March 18, and again at the Westmont Classic on March 26 with a 57.64, which was his last action before SCIACs ... Helped the 4x400 relay team to wins at the CMS OIDFE Challenge Meet, the Whitworth Indoor Invitational and the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers in his first three collegiate events ... Added a second-place finish at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers in the 400 hurdles ... Finished third in the 400 at the OIDFE Challenge Meet with a 52.17.

Prior to CMS
Attended the Stony Brook School on Long Island, N.Y., where he was a member of the track and field program ... Broke the school record in the 400 hurdles with a 55.68 as a sophomore in 2019 ... Missed his junior season to COVID, but returned as a senior to place second at the New York Relays and fourth at the East Coast Championships ... Also played for the Stony Brook School basketball team.
