Holds the CMS record in the 400-meter hurdles (51.63), breaking a mark that had stood for 20 years (Roman Marenin, 52.68 in 2004) ... Also graduated ranked No. 2 in CMS history in the 400 meters ... Part of the No. 2 4x400 relay team in CMS history (3:09.77) ... Also part of the first CMS distance medley relay team to break 10 minutes (9:54.58) indoors at Boston University in 2023.

Part of a distance medley relay team that ran a 9:54.58 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Indoor Invitational (no DMR team at CMS had ever broken 10 minutes, indoors or outdoors).  

2021-22 (First-Year)

SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished tenth at the SCIAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, his first action after being sidelined for two months ... Won the 400 hurdles at the Redlands Invitational with a PR of 56.77 on March 18, and again at the Westmont Classic on March 26 with a 57.64, which was his last action before SCIACs ... Helped the 4x400 relay team to wins at the CMS OIDFE Challenge Meet, the Whitworth Indoor Invitational and the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers in his first three collegiate events ... Added a second-place finish at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers in the 400 hurdles ... Finished third in the 400 at the OIDFE Challenge Meet with a 52.17.

Prior to CMS
Attended the Stony Brook School on Long Island, N.Y., where he was a member of the track and field program ... Broke the school record in the 400 hurdles with a 55.68 as a sophomore in 2019 ... Missed his junior season to COVID, but returned as a senior to place second at the New York Relays and fourth at the East Coast Championships ... Also played for the Stony Brook School basketball team.
