Graduated ranked No. 3 in CMS history in the 200 meters (21.33) and No. 4 in the 400 meters (47.87) ... Also anchored the 4x400 relay team to a CMS record 3:07.82, which was the fourth-fastest time in NCAA Division III history.
2022-23 (Senior)
All-American (4x400 relay) ... SCIAC Champion (4x400 relay) ... All-SCIAC (200 meters, 400 meters) ... USTFCCCA All-Region (400 meters, 4x400 relay) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Anchored a 4x400 relay team that finished second in the nation to earn All-America honors ... Ran fastest split of his career (46.7) to help CMS record the fourth-fastest time in NCAA Division III history ... Earned a second-place finish in the 400 meters and a third-place finish in the 200 meters at the SCIAC Championships, to earn all-league honors in both ... Won the 400 a the Occidental Invitational and the Redlands Last Chance Meet ... Helped the 4x400 team to four regular season wins, as well as a fourth-place finish at the Mt. Swept the 200 and the 400 at the SCIAC Championships, winning the 200 in 21.53 and the 400 in 48.60 ... Also anchored the 4x400 relay team to first place in the final event (3:16.29) to lead CMS to the team title, earning SCIAC Track Athlete of the Year honors in the process ... Set a new PR in the 400 at the Occidental Invitational (47.87) on May 7 and another in the 200 at the Azusa Pacific Last Chance Meet (21.35) to move into the top three in CMS history in both events ... The 200 meter time earned him a qualification to nationals, where he finished 15th ... Won the 400 meters at the final SCIAC Multi-Dual ... Missed two months due to illness after winning the 200 at the CMS OIDFE Challenge Meet (22.20) on January 29, and then not competing again until the Westmont Classic on March 26.
2019-20 (Sophomore)
SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week (March 9) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in five meets before the suspension of spring sports ... Capped off the year with two first-place finishes at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual at Whittier, winning the 400 in 48.85 and contributing to a 4x400 win in 3:19.86, earning SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week honors ... Helped CMS win the DMR at the Rossi Relays in 10:08.48 and take first in the 4x400 at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distance Challenge Meet ... Was second in the 200 at the Outdoor Indoor Distance Challenge in 22.44 and second in the 400 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers in 49.86.

Had a personal best 48.75 in the 400 at SCIACs, which places 10th all-time at CMS ... Prior to CMS
Attended the Northwest School in Seattle, where he was a member of the track and field team … Finished fourth in the state (1A) in the 200 meters in 2018, as well as eighth in 2017 … A first-team all-league selection … Helped Northwest capture the league championship … Also a State Academic Champion in the classroom, as well as an eagle scout.
Personal
Attends Claremont McKenna, where he majors in media studies … Involved on campus in Quantum Productions ... His father, Matthew, was on the crew team at the University of Washington, while his mother, Amy, played soccer at Haverford ... Spent the summer (2019) working at Jensen Motor Boat Company, cleaning up, painting, and moving boats ("I was the last employee hired in the company's century long run before it closed in August.") ... Lists Human Centered Design as his favorite course that he has taken in college so far.
