2024-25 (Sophomore)
All-American (hammer throw) ... SCIAC Champion (hammer throw) ... USTFCCCA All-Region (hammer throw) ... CSC Third-Team Academic All-America ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Selection ... Finished second at the NCAA Championships in the hammer with a throw of 210'0", earning All-America honors and ranking 16th all-time in DIII history ...Qualified for the finals of the hammer on his last attempt of the first round, and then broke the record to move up from ninth to second on his last attempt of the finals ... First set a CMS record in the hammer at the Franson Last Chance meet (205'2"), passing Mike Susank's mark which had stood since 1994 ... Won the hammer throw at both SCIAC Quad Cups, passing 180 feet for the first time at Quad Cup No. 1 (181'10") and then breaking 190 feet for the first time at the second one (192'11").
2023-24 Season (First-Year)
SCIAC Champion (discus) ... USTFCCCA All-Region (discus) ... SCIAC Field Athlete of the Week (Feb. 20) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned a SCIAC title in the discus with a throw of 148'3", setting a new PR ... Moved into the top 10 in CMS history in the hammer throw at the Redlands Final Qualifier, reaching 179'1" (54.59 meters) ... Had a PR in the shot put at SCIACs (42'5.25") to come in ninth place ... Won both the hammer and discus at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet, taking SCIAC Field Athlete of the Week honors ... Won both events again at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual two weeks later ... Swept the hammer and discus at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual as well in April.Â
Prior to CMS
Attended Lexington High School in Massachusetts, where he was a member of the track and field team ... Won the discus at the MIAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a throw of 157'10", then eclipsed that by four feet at the MIAA Meet of Champions with a 161'10" for a new PR ... Broke 50 feet in the shot put with a 50'2.5" to finish third at the MIAA Championships ... Broke 200 feet in the 12-pound hammer at 202'8.75" at the New Balance Nationals.Â
