2023-24 (Graduate Year) - Track and Field
All-American (1500 Meters, 4th) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (1500 Meters) ... All-SCIAC (1500 Meters) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned All-America honors with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 3:52.44 ... Had a PR in the 1500 of 3:47.82 at the Occidental Invitational to move into fourth place in CMS history ... Ran a 4:04.93 mile at the Franson Last Chance Meet ... Had four straight top-five finishes in the 1500, including second at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual, third at the Occidental Distance Carnival, fourth at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival and fifth at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Swept the 600 and the 1000 at the season-opening OIDFE Meet hosted by CMS with times of 1:23.34 and 2:31.66, respectively.

USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Earned the highest finish for the Stags at the NCAA Division III Championships, coming in 62nd place with a 25:24.6 ... Was 21st at the West Regionals in 25:07.5, taking all-region honors ... Was 17th at the NCAA Division III Pre-Nationals with a 25:18.8 ... Had his PR at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 24:45.7, which moved him into the top 20 (19th) in CMS history. 

Prior to CMS
Attended UCLA, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished 54th at the Pac-12 Championships as a redshirt junior ... was UCLA's top finisher at the Highlander Invitational in 24:19.2, finishing 20th ... Placed second in the 1500 in a track and field dual meet against USC ... Attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles, where he was seventh in the CIF Southern Section and 28th at the state championships ... Was a three-time New Balance All-American in track and field relays (4x800 and DMR) ... Was runner-up in the CIF sectionals in the 800 meters.
