2023-24 (Senior)
SCIAC Champion (shot put) ... National Qualifier (shot put) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (shot put) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Two-Time SCIAC Field Athlete of the Week ... Won his third straight SCIAC title in the shot put ... Earned a qualification to the NCAA Championships in the shot put on his final throw at the Redlands Final Qualifier, setting a PR with a distance of 54'5.25" (16.59 meters), which moved him up to No. 3 all-time at CMS ... Finished 18th at nationals ... Took first in the shot put five times during the regular season, including both SCIAC Multi-Duals, the Redlands Invitational, the Rossi Relays and the OIDFE Meet. Won SCIAC Athlete of the Week honors after a PR at the Rossi Relays (52'9.25"), and again after taking first at the Redlands Invitational (52'4").
2022-23 (Junior)
SCIAC Champion (shot put) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (shot put) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Repeated as SCIAC Champion in the shot put with a throw of 52'6" (16 meters), just one centimeter off his PR, which he set at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual at CMS, moving into fifth place in program history ... Also was third in the discus at the CMS Multi-Dual, with a new PR of 128'8" (39.23 meters) ... Finished first in the shot put in four regular season meets, including the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Meet, the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet, the second SCIAC Multi-Dual and the Whittier Twilight Meet.Â
2021-22 (Sophomore)
SCIAC Champion (shot put) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (shot put) ... SCIAC Field Athlete of the Week (March 7) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... Captured the SCIAC title in the shot put with a top throw of 48'9" (14.86 meters) ... Broke 50 feet at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual on March 5 at La Verne, throwing 50'5.5" to move into the top 10 in CMS history (eighth) and earn SCIAC Field Athlete of the Week honors ... Broke 50 feet again at the Redlands Final Qualifier (50'3.5") to come in second place ... Captured first place in the shot put at the Whittier Twilight Meet, while coming in second at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet and the Westmont Collegiate Classic. Â
