2021-22 Track & Field (Senior)
All-SCIAC (5000) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (5000) ... NCAA Qualifier (5000) ... Earned a second-place finish in the 5000 at the SCIAC Championships to earn all-league honors, finishing behind only teammate Henry Pick ... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 5000 and came in 18th place ... Set school records in both the 5000 and the 10000 over the course of the year ... Broke the 5000 record at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 12, finishing in 14:15.36 ... Added the 10000 record at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 15, clocking a 30:17.75 ... Won the 1500 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual with a PR of 3:57.10 ... Took first place in the 5000 at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational in 14:55.29 ... Was second at the Pomona-Pitzer Collegiate All-Comers in 8:28.39.
2021 Cross Country (Senior)
All-American ... West Region Champion ... USTFCCCA West Region Athlete of the Year ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... Ran a 24:09.0 to finish 22nd at the NCAA Division III Championships, earning All-America honors ... The 24:09 broke the old school record for an 8K by nine seconds, but places him second all-time behind teammate Henry Pick on the new list, who ran a 23:40 to finish third at nationals ... Earned first place at the NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships in 24:47.3, defeating Pick by one second and capturing USTFCCCA West Region Athlete of the Year honors ... Came in third at the SCIAC Championships in 24:36.7 ... Was third at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:02.7.
2019-20 (Junior)
Competed in three meets before the suspension of spring sports ... Capped off the year with a second-place finish in the 1500 at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Whittier (4:00.30) ... Came in ninth in the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers in 8:38.14 ... Came in 51st in the nation at the NCAA Cross Country Championships to help CMS to a sixth-place finish ... Also was third in the West Regionals, highest on the team, to earn All-Region honors, and seventh in the SCIAC Championships to help CMS to a team title while earning all-league.
2018-19 (Sophomore)
Was the sixth-place finisher in the 5000 at the SCIAC Championships, contributing three points towards the CMS team title ... Ran a personal best 3:57.26 in the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational ... Came in second in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual at Caltech with a 4:01.22 ... Was second in the 5000 in the first SCIAC Multi-Dual at Redlands with a 15:28.15 ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 14:46.34 to place 21st ... Was fourth in the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet in 8:31.20. Earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors during cross country season by finishing in ninth place at the NCAA West Regionals with a 25:20.0.

Came in seventh place in the 2018 SCIAC Championships in the 10000 meters with a 32:07.36 ... Earned third and fourth place finishes at the second and third SCIAC Multi-Duals in the 5000 with times of 15:40.33 and 15:38.91, respectively ...
