USTFCCCA All-West Region (cross country) ... Second-Team All-SCIAC (cross country) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in the 5000 at the SCIAC Track and Field Championships after nearly a two-month absence ... Set a PR in the 5000 with a 14:55.04 at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 12, before being forced out of action ... Came in third in the steeplechase at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual on March 5 ... Was 11th in the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers meet on Feb. 19 ... Part of the seven-runner contingent that competed at regionals and nationals, earning the Stags a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Championships ... Finished 123rd individually at nationals with a time of 24:58.2 ... Came in 17th at the SCIAC Championships in 25:20.6 to earn second-team all-league honors ... Followed that up with a 22nd place finish at the NCAA Regionals in 25:20.6 to take all-region ... Earned a top-10 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a ninth-place finish in 25:24.9 ... Won the open division of the Mark Covert Classic with a time of 26:26.2.

2019-20 (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in one meet before the suspension of spring sports, finishing second in the steeplechase at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Whittier in a time of 9:39.76 ... USTFCCCA All-West Region and Second-Team All-SCIAC during cross country season.  

2018-19 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team … USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... Competed in both the steeplechase and the 5000 at SCIAC Championships, earning top 10 finishes in both ... Earned fourth place in the steeplechase in 9:25.32, picking up five points to help the Stags to the team championship ... Ran a 15:18.49 in the 5000 to come in tenth ... Was second in the steeplechase at both the second and third SCIAC Multi-Dual meets ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 15:18.10 ... Earned one of the top seven positions for the cross country team in the fall that competed at the 2018 regionals and nationals, helping the Stags to a share of the NCAA West Regional championship.SCIAC All-Academic Team … USTFCCCA All-Academic selection and Second-Team All-SCIAC in cross country.
