All-American ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC Athlete of the Week (Oct. 12) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned All-America honors with a 19th place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships (up from 36th in her previous trip) to help CMS to its highest team finish in program history (second) ... Ran a 21:32.9 to earn 19th, over 30 seconds faster than her time at the DIII Pre-Nationals on the same course, when she finished fourth ... Earned the individual championship of the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational to earn SCIAC Athlete of the Week honors, finishing in 21:27.4 ... Came in second place at the SCIAC Championships (behind only teammate Meredith Bloss) in 21:28.8 ... Earned sixth place at the USTFCCCA West Regionals in 22:16.4 to earn All-Region honors for the third time in three seasons of competition ... Ran a PR in the 6K of 20:37.6 at the UC Riverside Invitational.
2020-21 (Junior)

2019-20 (Sophomore)
All-American ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned All-America honors with a 36th place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships, coming in under the top-40 cutoff to earn the honor with a time of 22:09.8 ... Finished fourth at the NCAA West Regionals in a time of 22:17.0 to earn All-Region distinction ... Was third at the SCIAC Championships in 21:56.1 ... Had three top-10 finishes in the regular season, including second at the CSU San Bernardino Coyote Challenge and the the UC San Diego Triton Classic, as well as seventh a the Masters Invitational.
2018-19 (First-Year)
USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that competed at the NCAA Regionals and Nationals as a first-year ... Was 14th at the NCAA West Regionals to earn all-region honors, finishing in 22:50.0 ... Added a 12th place finish at the SCIAC Championships in 24:29.0 to take second-team all-league honors ... Was 192nd at the NCAA Championships in 23:12.7 ... Came in fifth place at the Cougar Challenge, hosted by CSU San Marcos, in 22:39.9 ... In the spring, competed in both the steeplechase and the 5000 at SCIAC Track and Field Championships ... Finished third in the steeple and added a sixth-place finish in the 5000 to provide a total of nine points for the Athenas in a meet they won by only three.

Attended Albany High School, where she was a member of the cross country and track teams.
Personal
Attends Scripps College, where she majors in politics ... Also a member of the CMS track and field team in the spring, ranking seventh in CMS history in the steeplechase (11:15.01).
