Completed her senior season as a member of the CMS swimming and diving team, where she competes in the butterfly and the freestyle ... Ranks fifth in CMS history in the 200 fly (2:04.42).

2022-23 (Senior)
All-SCIAC (200 fly) ... NCAA Qualifier (200 fly) ... CSCAA Scholar All-America ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished second in the 200 fly at the SCIAC Championships with a 2:04.92 to earn all-league honors and qualify for the NCAA Championships ... Came in 21st at nationals with a 2:05.62 in the 200 fly ... Qualified for finals at SCIACs in the 400 IM and finished seventh with a 4:37.37 ... Won the 200 fly in two tri-meets (vs. Cal Lutheran and La Verne, and vs. Chapman and Caltech) as well as in a dual with Whittier.

2021-22 (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Studied abroad in the fall, and returned to finish second in the 200 fly in a dual with Redlands in January ... Took first in the 200 fly in 2:14.68 in a tri-meet with Cal Lutheran and La Verne.

2020-21 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Athenas did not compete due to COVID-19.

2019-20 (First-Year)
CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-America ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Swam a personal best in the 200 fly at the SCIAC Championships with a 2:04.75, which was the second-best time in prelims out of 29 competitors and moved her into third-place all-time at CMS ... Came in under a minute in the 100 fly at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 59.50 ... Swam a 5:26.18 in the 500 free at SCIACs ... Won the 200 fly in her first SCIAC meet, a dual with Caltech, and repeated a week later in a tri-meet with Chapman and Cal Lutheran ... Also won the 200 fly in a dual with Redlands ... Won the 1000 free in a dual with La Verne.

Prior to CMS
Attended Brea Olinda High School, where she was a member of the school's swim team ... Also competed for Fullerton Aquatics ... A three-time Futures finalist in the 200-meter fly ... Finished 20th in the 7.5k at 2018 Open Water Junior Nationals. 

Personal
Attends Scripps College, where she majors in writing and rhetoric, with a minor in Spanish ... Extracurriculars include writing for The Student Life newspaper ... Spent the summer (2021) attending the 2021 U.S. Olympic Trials while writing and reporting for SwimSwam News.
