2022 Cross Country (Junior)
Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that competed at NCAA Regionals and Nationals ... Finished 17th at the SCIAC Championships to earn second-team all-league honors for the second year in a row ... Began the year with a third-place finish at the Redlands Invitational with a 17:01.0 (over a 4.5K race) ... Came in 28th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. 

2021-22 Track and Field (Sophomore)
NCAA Qualifier (1500 meters) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (800, 1500, 4x400 Relay) ... All-SCIAC (1500) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... Earned an NCAA qualification in the 1500 with a 4:34.53 at the Redlands Final Qualifier ... Finished 20th at the NCAA Championships ... Earned All-SCIAC honors with a third-place finish in the 1500 (4:40.32), while also finishing fourth in the 800 (2:17.76) to help CMS to the team title ... Had a PR of 2:13.00 in the 800 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational to move into fifth all-time at CMS ... Won the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual and the 800 at the third ... Part of the seven-runner contingent that represented CMS at regionals and nationals, earning the highest-ever team finish in program history as the national runner-up ... Earned 12th place at the SCIAC Championships in 22:35.0 to earn second-team all-league honors ... Followed up with a 17th-place finish at the NCAA West Regionals in 22:50.6, earning all-region distinction ... Ran a 22:40.3 at nationals to earn a 137th place finish ... Captured 12th place at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 22:40.7 ... Had a PR for a 6K at the UC Riverside Invitational, finishing in 21:30.7 ... Ran a 19:18.0 in a 5K to come in 33rd place at the Mark Covert Classic.  

2020-21 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Athenas did not compete due to COVID-19. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Billings High School in Montana, where she was a member of the track and field team ... Finished sixth in the 2019 State Championships in the 800 meters as a junior, as well as ninth in the 400 meters and 14th in the 1600  meters ... Finished third in the Eastern AA Divisional Championships in the 800.

Attends Claremont McKenna, where she has a dual major in economics and psychology.
