2022-23 Track and Field (Senior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned fifth place in the 10000 meters at the SCIAC Championships in 39:04.70 ... Also ran the 5000 meters the next day, coming in 13th ... Finished first in the 5000 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual with an 18:21.90 ... had her top time of the season in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival, coming in fifth place with a 17:32.33.

First-Team All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Came in second place at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 21:57.4 ... Finished in almost the exact same time at the NCAA West Regionals (21:57.7) to take fourth place ... Was seventh at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 22:06.2 ... Came in 11th place out of 395 runners at the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, Pennsylania ... Finished 52nd at the NCAA Division III Championships ... Was second at the Redlands Invitational in 16:52.0 (4.5K race) to open the season.

Set the CMS record for a 6K race by running a 20:31.0 at the UC Riverside Invitational to place fourth, earning SCIAC Athlete of the Week honors ... Won the SCIAC individual title with a time of 21:25.4 ... Followed that up with a second-place finish at the NCAA Division III West Regionals in 21:54.4 ... Came in second place at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 21:30.4 ... Earned seventh place at the DIII Pre-Nationals in Louisville with a 22:21.0.

Attended Guilford High School in Connecticut, where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams, serving as cross country captain for two years ... Two-time First-Team All-SCC in cross country (2016-17) ... Graduated with Guilford's 5K cross country record ... Two-time New England regional cross country qualifier (2017, 18), earning All-New England honors in 2017, when she also won the SCC Championship ... Named SCC Cross Country Runner of the Year twice and earned all-state honors three times ... Earned Footlocker Second-Team All-Northeast honors in 2017 ... Two-time NHR all-area pick, all-area MVP (2017, 18) ... Indoor track school record holder in four events (3000, 1600, 3200 and 2 mile) ...Earned All-SCC honors in track and field six times (First-Team: 3200 - 2018, 1600 - 2018, 19; Second-Team: 3200 - 2016, 17, 1600 - 2017) and was a four-time SCC Champion, sweeping the 3200 and 1600 in both 2018 and 2019 ...
