Ashley McCulloch, a two-time All-American and two-time All-ACChonoree, joins the Athenas for her second year coaching afterconcluding a stellar career at the University of Virginia. She is just the fourth Cavalier to ever reach the 100 assistsplateau. She also is the fourth Virginia player to break the 100goals and 100 assists mark. She was also named the ACC and nationalplayer of the week after back-to-back eight point performances toopen the season. McCulloch was a 2008 ACC All-Tournament teamselection and finished her career in Virginia’s all-timerecord books for assists (3rd – 105) and points (8th –206), in addition to holding three of the program’s top-10single season marks for assists.
