INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - William Jones earned second-team All-America honors for the second time this week, taking 16th place in the 1650-yard freestyle, on the final day of the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday.

Jones swam a 15:55.28 in the morning session and held on to the final spot on the All-America team by coming in 16th. It was the second time this week he had earned that distinction, after also finishing 14th in the 500-yard freestyle on Wednesday.

Pierce McShane swam in the 200-yard backstroke and took 1.38 seconds off his personal-best time, finishing in 1:50.50. He also competed in the 500-yard freestyle and the 400 IM this week for the Stags.

Both Jones and McShane are first-years who will look to make it back to the NCAA Championship stage several more times in their careers.
