Prior To CMS: 2012:  SCVAL Outstanding OLB, San Jose Mercury News 1st Team LB,  SCVAL ILB of the year, All Daily News 1st Team ILB, Team Captain, State qualifying wrestler, 7 varsity letters.

Personal:  Son of Jeff and Joy Frick …Biggest sports moment was making the state championship…Favorite hobbies are long boarding, fantasy football …..Career ambition is to be a politician.
