USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that competed at the NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championships ... Came in 31st at the NCAA West Regionals in 25:06.3 to earn all-region honors ... Was 20th at the SCIAC Championships in 25:47.5 to earn second-team all-league accolades ... Had a top-10 finish (ninth) at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:46.6. 

2023-24 Track and Field (Sophomore)
Competed in five events for the Stags ... Came in ninth place in the 10000 meters at the SCIAC Championships in 31:55.14, his first race in over a month ... Had a 31:37.11 in the 10000 at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival ... Came in 10th at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual in the 1500 meters in 4:08.08. 

2023 Cross Country (Sophomore)
Competed in four races for the Stags ... Finished 36th out of 131 runners at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:29.0 ... Set a PR for a 6K race at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 25:13.7 ... Was 54th out of almost 400 runners at the NCAA DIII Pre-Nationals with a 25:54.0.

2022-23 Track and Field (First-Year)
Competed mostly in the 5000 meters for the Stags during track and field season ... Had his PR at the SCIAC Championships in 15;38.94 to come in 16th place ... Was fifth in the 5000 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual ... Also was fifth in the mile at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Meet ... Ran in five races for CMS in cross country season ... Finished 35th at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:37.3 ... Had a PR for an 8K race at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 25:58.0.

2022 Cross Country (First-Year)
Ran in five races for CMS in his debut season ... Finished 35th at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:37.3 ... Had a PR for an 8K race at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 25:58.0 ... Began his career with a 30th place finish at the 6K Redlands Invitational with a 20:04.0 ... Came in 38th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 26:28.5. 

Prior to CMS
Competed for Sammamish High School ... Finished in third place at the state cross country championships as a senior ... Won individual titles at both the District 3-4 Championships and the Kingco Championships ... Finished in first place in seven of his 11 races as a senior ... Had a PR of 15:37.6 (5K) at the Nike Hole in the Wall Invitational ... Won Kingco Championships in the 1600 meters and 3200 meters during track and field season ... Finished 11th at states in the 3200 and 13th in the 1600.
