Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that competed at the NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championships ... Ran a 25:30.0 at the SCIAC Championships to finish in 14th place, good for second-team all-league honors ... Ran a 25:26.4 at the NCAA West Regionals, good for 42nd place ... Finished in 26:14.7 at the NCAA Division III Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana ... Broke 25 minutes in his college debut at the Mark Covert Classic in 24:56.9 to come in 22nd out of 174 runners ... Had a top time of 24:44.6 at the UC Riverside Invitational.

Attended William Mason High School in Mason, Ohio, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams  ... Conference runner of the year ... Back-to-Back XC state champion ... Extracurricular activities included Quizbowl.
