Had his personal best time of 16:15.35 at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 14 ... Had a top 10 finish (eighth) in the first round of the SCIAC Quad Cup in the 1500 meters with a 4:07.38.

2025 Cross Country (Sophomore)
Ran in five races for the Stags ... Had a personal best time for an 8K with a 25:46.3 at the UC Riverside Invitational.

2024-25 Track and Field (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in six meets after missing all but one race during cross country season ... Had a PR of 4:11.12 in the 1500 at the Occidental Distance Carnival. 

2024 Cross Country (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed at the Mark Covert Classic, running a 26:33.9.

Prior to CMS
Attended Liberty Bell High School in Washington, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished 12th at the state championships in cross country ... Earned second place at the CWB League Championships ... Won 10 races during track and field season, including six in the 1600 meters ... District Champion in the 800 meters and 1600 meters ... Came in third at the state championships in the 1600 and the 3200, setting PRs in both (4:22.66, 9:53.19) ... Was seventh at states in the 800 with another PR of 2:01.97.
