On Court: 4-Star recruit on TRN who reached No. 101 nationally in the Class of 2023...played on the University HS team that won CIF Southern Section and CIF Regional titles in 2022 and 2023, while winning the HS All-American title in 2022 and reaching the final in 2023…2023-2024: made a magnificent debut as a Stag at the ITA West Regionals, winning three matches in Flight A Singles to advance to the semifinals, where he ultimately fell to teammate and eventual champion Advik Mareedu…was one of CMS’s most consistent and successful singles players in the dual match season, playing positions 3-5 and going 25-7 overall and 7-1 in conference action…Gupta won twelve straight singles matches at No. 4 between March 9 and April 6, highlighted by a dramatic 6-7(6), 7-5, 7-5 against Bowdoin in the Stag-Hen championship match where he saved four consecutive match points in the second set, before launching a comeback that would give CMS the Stag-Hen title…went 17-4 in matches against ranked opponents, and was 6-2 in three-set matches…played three doubles matches – all with Amar Kumar – and was 1-2 overall….named SCIAC Athlete of the Week for March 18, and then went on to earn 2^nd Team All-SCIAC honors, one of four Stags to earn either first or second team All-Conference accolades...2024-2025: began the fall segment by winning three singles matches in the A Flight of the ITA West Regionals before losing to teammate Advik Mareedu in the semifinals, replicating his result from the previous fall...played singles positions 2-6 in the spring dual match segment and was 10-4, earning important wins at Nos. 4-6 respectively against Bucknell, Hawaii-Pacific, and Wash U in St. Louis, during the first week in March...appeared in one doubles match with Schilling...completed 2025 with overall records of 13-5 in singles and 0-1 in doubles...was one of seven Stags to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
