On Court: TRN 4-star recruit with highest ranking of 129 in the class of 2024…played tennis for Northwood High School, where he was the number #1 singles player and helped lead his team to their first ever CIF Southern Section D1 semi- final in 2024.....2024-2025: played in two singles and three doubles matches (with Rojanasoonthon) at ITA West Regionals, going 1-1 in singles and 1-2 in doubles...despite a challenging start to the spring segment, hit his stride mid-season and won his final five singles matches at positions 3-6, and final three doubles matches (with Schilling) at No. 3...completed the 2025 season with overall records of 8-6 in singles and 4-3 in doubles....2025-2026: won two of three singles matches at the ITA West Regionals in the A Flight, defeating Tanner Ige of Pomona-Pitzer and Gustavo Marcanth of Redlands in the opening rounds, before losing a tough 4-6, 7-5, (10-7) battle to Caltech's Constantin Cedillo in the quarterfinals...partnered Kodumuri in the doubles, and the duo reached the quarterfinals before losing to teammates Mareedu and Pham...in the Spring segment played in nine singles matches and one doubles match...at No. 5-6 singles had key wins against Brandeis, Westmont, and MIT...finished the season with overall records of 8-4 in singles and 3-1 in doubles.

Personal: Son of Madhavi and Arun Yarlagadda…One brother, Vineel, who played soccer at the high school level and graduated from Indiana University (class of 2019) with an undergraduate degree in business. Interests include playing video games, watching TV, cards, and trying unique foods. Favorite tennis player is Roger Federer...appointed 2026-2027 SAAC rep for Stags Tennis
