Also played volleyball, earning All-Oregon honors, as well as serving as team captain and earning the Offensive MVP honor ... Helped the volleyball team to the 2023 State Championship, as well as earning a share of the league title ... Played club softball for Preps Academy Floyd ... National Honor Society with above 4.0 GPA ... Earned Women in STEM award ... Ran a tutoring program, was a youth sports coach, and organized projects for the St. Vincent DePaul Family Annex.

Attends Claremont McKenna ... Hopes to enter a career in cancer research ... Mother, Caroline Shanley, was a tennis player at Whitman College ... Chose CMS because "I loved the small community at Claremont that is placed within the larger consortium. I also loved the softball team and I cannot wait to live in sunny SoCal!"
