Bella Rocco enters her second season as an assistant coach with the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps softball team in 2026, after helping the Athenas to a 22-16 record and a SCIAC runner-up finish her first season.Â
Rocco was a four-year Division I softball player, most recently serving as a team captain for Fresno State, where she graduated in 2024, after leading her team to a 33-19 record. She also started every game as a junior, leading the team with 33 walks and recording a .978 fielding percentage at third base, after beginning her collegiate career at Boise State.
While playing, Rocco also gained two years of coaching experience with E1 Prospect, where she planned and organized practices to enhance players' hitting, defense and base-running skills.Â
Rocco graduated from Fresno State with a bachelor of science degree in health and sport sciences.Â
