Graduated as the CMS record holder in both the 5000 meters (16:13.26) and the 10000 meters (33:38.71) ... Ranked No. 8 in CMS history in the 6K for cross country (20:55.7).

Won the national championship in the 10000 meters in 33:38.71, winning by just six-tenths of a second after a furious comeback on the final lap ... Ran the sixth-fastest time in NCAA Division III history ... Added a second-place finish in the 5000 meters two days later to help CMS to a sixth-place finish ... Won the SCIAC title in the 5000 meters in 17:31.41, then set the program record one week later with a 16:13.26 at the APU Franson Last Chance meet, the fastest time in Division III all year ... Broke 34 minutes in the 10000 for the first time at the Bryan Clay Invitational in 33:51.05 ... Set a program record with a 16:33.31 at the Occidental Distance Carnival in the 5000 meters, before breaking it again later in the year.

Earned All-America honors by finishing 27th at the NCAA Division III Championships with a 21:36.7, helping CMS take home the fourth-place trophy (just seven points out of first) ... Earned second-place finishes at both the NCAA Division III West Region Championship (21:52.5) and the SCIAC Championship (22:00.2), behind only teammate Natalie Bitetti in both races ... Was fifth at the NCAA DIII Pre-Nationals with a 21:57.6, and then took 21 seconds off that time at the same course at the NCAA Championships ... Had a PR for a 6K race of 21:01.4 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Ran an 18:17.1 for a 5K at the Mark Covert Classic. 

2022-23 Track and Field (First-Year)
Saw limited action during track and field season after a strong fall with cross country ... Competed in three races, including a 10:12.80 in the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers and a 17:41.78 in the 5000 meters at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 11, her final race of the season.

SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished in seventh place at the SCIAC Championships in 22:12.3 to help CMS to the team title and earn first-team all-league honors, as well as the league's Newcomer of the Year honor after finishing highest among first-year runners ... Earned 12th place at the NCAA West Regionals to help CMS to another team title, earning all-region distinction ... Was 11th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 22:25.3 ... Came in 34th of 395 runners at the Paul Short Run in a PR of 21:57.7 ... Began her career finishing fifth at the Redlands Invitational. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Woodside High School, where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished 20th in the California state cross country championships as a senior with an 18:32.9 over 5000 meters ... Finished fourth in the Central Coast Section championships and was the individual winner of the Peninsula Athletic League championships in 18:02.7 (2.95 miles) ... Earned San Mateo Daily Journal Cross Country Runner of the Year honors ... During track and field season, finished ninth in the 3200 meters at the CCS championships with a PR of 11:07.17 ... Had six first-place finishes during the regular season.
