USTFCCCA All-West Region (steeplechase) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ranked No. 41 in the nation in the steeplechase with a 10:59.72, which she ran at the Occidental Invitational to move up to sixth all-time in CMS history ... Finished fourth in the steeplechase at the SCIAC Championships to earn five points for the Athenas, in a meet they won by just four ... Also set a PR at the SCIAC Championships in the 5000 meters with an 18:13.22 ... Won the steeplechase at both SCIAC Quad Cups, while finishing second at the Occidental Distance Carnival and third at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. 

2024 Cross Country (Sophomore)
First-Team All-SCIAC ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Part of the seven-runner contingent that competed for CMS at the NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championships ... Earned 13th place at the NCAA West Regionals with a personal-best 6K time of 21:38.8 to earn all-region honors and help CMS earn the team title by just one point ... Came in sixth at the SCIAC Championships in 22:29.3 to help CMS win the team crown ... Was 129th at the NCAA Division III Championships in 22:31.3 ... Had a high finish of fifth place at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 22:14.2 ... Ran a 22:40.3 at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh. 

2023-24 Track & Field (First-Year)
All-SCIAC (Steeplechase) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned second place in the steeplechase at the SCIAC Championships with an 11:24.55, earning all-league honors ... Also had a PR at SCIACs in the 5000 with an 18:14.80 to come in seventh place ... Ran an 11:10.45 at the Franson Last Chance Meet to set a new PR and move into seventh place in CMS history ... Had a PR in the 1500 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual, finishing in 4:56.19 to earn fourth place ... Won the 5000 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual in 18:31.90 ... Was second in the steeplechase at the Occidental Distance Carnival.  

2023 Cross Country (First-Year)
SCIAC Newcomer of the Year ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... Part of the seven-runner contingent for CMS that competed at regionals and nationals, winning the regional title and finishing fourth at the NCAA Championships ... Finished 28th at the NCAA West Region Championships to earn all-region honors ... Was 12th at the SCIAC Championships with a 23:08.6 ... Ran a 22:59.0 at the NCAA Championships ... Earned 41st at the NCAA Pre-Nationals ... Had a PR for a 6K of 22:03.1 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Debuted with an 18:43.2 in a 5K race at the Mark Covert Classic.
