2023-24 Season (Sophomore) - Track and Field
Outdoor Track and Field All-American (1500, second) ... Indoor Track and Field All-American (DMR, third) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... All-SCIAC (800, 1500) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week (April 22) ... Earned a second-place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships in the 1500 meters with a 4:28.66, taking All-America honors ... Also was part of a distance medley relay that came in third at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships to earn All-America honors ... Finished 11th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships to earn All-America honors all three seasons ... Had a PR of 4:26.61 in the 1500 at the Franson Last Chance Meet to qualify for nationals and move into third in CMS history ... Set a PR in the 800 at the SCIAC Championships with a 2:12.60 to come in second place, while adding a runner-up finish in the 1500 as well, behind only teammate Natalie Bitetti ... Finished second at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 1500 at 4:28.83, behind only a runner from Division I Illinois, earning SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week honors ... Came in first twice at the Rossi Relays, with the DMR and the 4x800 teams ... Had individual indoor times of 9:48.52 in the 3000 and 5:01.59 in the mile.   

2023 Season (Sophomore) - Cross Country
All-American (11th) ... NCAA All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished 11th at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships with a 21:20.2 to earn All-America honors ... Helped CMS finish fourth as a team to earn one of the four NCAA trophies ... Had the biggest improvement of any runner in the field, going from 257th place as a first-year in 2022 to 11th in 2023 ... Finished in third place at both the NCAA West Regionals and the SCIAC Championships to help CMS to 1-2-3 finishes and the team titles ... Finished 13th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in 22:21.6, before taking over a minute off that time at the NCAA Championships on the same course ... Had a PR for a 6K of 21:17.3 at the UC Riverside Invitational, finishing 31st. 

2022-23 Season (First-Year) - Track and Field
SCIAC Champion (1500 Meters) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Won the 1500 at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 4:41.00 ... Added a fourth-place finish in the 800 in 2:20.36 to contribute more points towards the CMS team title ... Set a PR in the 1500 at the APU Last Chance Meet with a 4:35.78 ... Had a top time in the 800 of 2:16.81 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational ... Finished third in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual ... Was second in both the 800 and the 1000 at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Meet,

2022-23 Season (First-Year) - Cross Country
Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Part of seven-runner contingent that competed at the NCAA Regionals and Nationals ... Finished 14th at the SCIAC Championships in 22:59.8 to earn second-team all-league honors ... Finished 40th at the NCAA West Regionals and 257th at the NCAA Division III Championships, both of which were run in frigid conditions ... Had a personal-best time of 22:17.0 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Began her career with a top-10 finish at the Redlands Invitational (eighth) ... SCIAC Champion in the 1500 meters during track and field season. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Los Altos High School, where she competed for the cross country and track and field teams ... Earned Senior Athlete of the Year and Sophomore Athlete of the Year honors at Los Altos ... A CCS Honorable Mention selection ... Helped Los Altos to a league championship and a fifth-place finish at the state championships in cross country ... Also helped her track and field team to a second place Central Coast Section finish ... Was a student rep on the board of trustees for her school district ... ASB Secretary.
