Bailey Rochkolt enters his second season as an assistant coach with the CMS cross country and track and field programs in 2025-26. In his first year, he helped the Athenas to a third-place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, and a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Track and Field Championships.
Rockholt's coaching also assisted in Elle Marsyla winning a national title in the 10000 and finishing as the runner-up in the 5000, while three Athenas earned All-America honors in cross country (Marsyla, Riley Capuano and Sadie Drucker), and two earned second-
Rockholt previously held an internship as a cross country and track and field coach at Butte College for two years from 2021-23, where he helped design and implement training plans, while providing individual coaching and race strategy. He also mentored student-athletes academically and athletically and assisted with recruiting.
As an athlete at Butte College, Rockholt was the Cross Country MVP and earned the school's 2020-21 Athlete of the Year Award. He completed his athletics career at the Division I level for UC Riverside, where he ran for the cross country and track and field teams from 2023-25.
Rockholt graduated cum laude from CSU Sacramento in January of 2023 with a bachelors of science degree in nutrition and food. He earned his MBA from UC Riverside in 2025.
