Dominic Vicino

Dominic Vicino enters his first season as an assistant coach with the CMS men's and women's water polo programs in 2025-26. 

Vicino joins CMS after serving as a high school boys technical director with Foothill Club Water Polo for the last thee years. He directed the development of over 100 athletes annually, overseeing nine coaches and six teams. 

While with Foothill, he led the 18U boys to silver medals at the 2025 Futures SuperFinals and the Junior Olympics. Eight of his athletes earned college commitments in 2025. 

Vicino attended the United States Air Force Academy, where he played water polo and baseball, serving as the captain of both teams, and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class with a degree in management. He helped hte Falcons to a conference championship, and was a WWP All-Conference selection. He was a two-time high school All-American at Los Osos High School. 

After graduating from Air Force, Vicino went on to become a major in the U.S. Space Force, where he led a 150-person team for a launch and satellite program supporting U.S. Strategic Command and earned the Airman's Medal, the highest U.S. Military award for non-combat valor.
