Jordan Oster enters her second season as an assistant coach with the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's basketball program in 2026-27, after helping the Athenas to their first SCIAC Tournament title in nine years in 2026. CMS finished 20-8 in 2025-26, a 10-year improvement from the year before.Â
Prior to joining CMS, Oster served as an assistant at Citrus Community College, where she was responsible for scouting and film analysis. She also served for two years as an assistant coach at Claremont High School from 2022-24.Â
Oster played Division III basketball in the region for Pacific, after breaking the record for three-pointers in a season while attending Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California. She was a Northwest Conference Scholar-Athlete for the Boxers during her playing days.Â
After graduating magna cum laude from Pacific with a degree in psychology, Oster went on to get a master's in social psychology and program evaluation from Claremont Graduate University in 2020. She is also currently working towards a master's in sports management from the University of Florida.Â
