CMS volleyball is now considered one of the flagship DIII programs in the country, winning the 2017 national title and hosting the NCAA Division III Championships in 2023.  Saulsbury was one of the key players who helped raise the level of the program, reaching 1,175 kills in her four seasons, which set a CMS record at the time. Saulsbury was a four-time All-SCIAC selection and earned all-region honors in both 1997 and 1998. She was inducted into the Ted Ducey CMS Hall of Fame in 2016, and still ranks third in Athena history in kills.
