Biography

High School: Varsity captain for Nathan Hale High School in 2012 and three year letterman under Coach Keith Bosley… A member of the 2011 Metro Sound Champions… Played infield and pitcher…  Notable Wins: 8-7 win over Seattle Prep in the 2010 Metro League Playoffs and in the 3-1 win over Mount Si at Safeco Field in 2011… 2011 National Merit Scholar and Nathan Hale Baseball Scholar-Athlete award winner in 2012.

2013: Saw limited action as a freshman for the Stags, making three relief appearances on the mound.

Personal: Born and raised in the heart of Seattle, Washington… Son of wonderful parents Louise and Evan Simpson… Has a sister Lydia who is currently a sophomore at Nathan Hale High School…  Majoring in Economics and Government, with a Leadership Studies Sequence at CMC.
