First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Had 22 tackles and three interceptions on the year ... Broke a CMS record with a 98-yard interception return for a touchdown in a win at Redlands ... Also had a 20-yard interception return for a touchdown in a win at George Fox ... Picked off a pass in a win at Pomona-Pitzer. 

2023 Season (Junior)
First-Team D3football.com All-Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ...SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished the year with 40 tackles and five interceptions for 235 yards ... Had pick-sixes came in back-to-back wins over Cal Lutheran (46 yards) and Pomona-Pitzer (79) ... Earned SCIAC Defensive Player of the Week after the Pomona-Pitzer win ... Had a 38-yard return and a 72-yard return in the two wins over Redlands, both of which set up CMS touchdowns ... Also broke up five passes on the year ... Had a season-high eight tackles against Chapman.

2022 Season (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Played in nine games and had 10 tackles ... Recorded two interceptions and one fumble recovery on the season ... Added interceptions in wins over Whittier and Redlands ... Had three tackles in a road lost Pomona-Pitzer.

2021 Season (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Totaled 27 tackles (13 solo), five interceptions, and four pass break-ups ... Had two interceptions in a road win over Whittier ... Picked off a pass at the 15-yard line and returned it 85 yards for a memorable pick-six to seal the win over Pomona-Pitzer ... Had a season-high seven tackles in a home loss against the Sagehens.

2020 Season
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Stags did not compete due to COVID-19.

Prior to CMS
Attended Liberty High School in Bakersfield, where he was a member of the football team ... Captured all-league honors twice, earning first team once and second team once ... Also a second-team all-area selection ... Helped Liberty to three South West Yosemite League Championships, as as well as a Valley runner-up finish ... Class valedictorian ... Earned Glendon Rogers Award ... Four-year team-high GPA ... Also involved in high school with the Congressional Leadership Fund, Ford Dimension Dream Builder, the drama club and the basketball team. 

Personal
Attends Claremont McKenna, where he majors in economics ... Grandfather, Jim Ryan, played football at Fresno State, while sister, Lauren O'Connell, played soccer at Baylor.
