Sean Swaby enters his second season as an assistant coach with the CMS men's soccer program in 2024, where he serves as the team's goalkeepers coach. His efforts helped the Stags to an 8-3-6 record in 2023, while averaging less than a goal allowed per game.  

Swaby has been coaching goalkeepers in the Los Angeles area for the past three years. He has worked as a private goalkeeper coach since 2021 at Big Cat Goalkeeping, where he coached academy goalkeepers from around the country. His clients have represented clubs including LAFC, Colorado Rapids, Chicago Fire, LA Galaxy, New York Red Bulls, Atlanta United, Columbus Crew, FC Cincinatti and Philadelphia Union, while he traveled to camps in Utah, Chicago, New York, Austin and Guadalajara. 

Swaby has also surved as the club goalkeeper coach for the Santa Monica Surf and One Ivy FC since August of 2022, while running his own 2012 club team with GB United. In addition, he assisted the LAFC Academy Goalkeeper Coacxh during off-season training. 

As a player, Swaby has competed in semi-professional soccer in England. He graduated from the New York Film Academy in 2021 with a degree in cinematography and film/video production.
