Myron Jacobs enters his second season as an assistant coach with the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's basketball team in 2025-26. 

Jacobs joins the Athenas after a standout career at the scholastic level, winning 87 percent of his games over a span of 15 years.

Most recently, Jacobs served as the head coach at Whitney High School since 2019, while also coaching the West Coast Elite AAU 16U team since 2021. 

Prior to taking the job at Whitney, Jacobs also served as the head girls coach at Buena Park High School in 2018-19 and the boys head coach in 2017-18.

Jacobs began his career at Brooklyn High School in New York as a head coach in 2008, before taking a similar position at Clark Barton High School in 2010. He then moved to the west coast to work at John Burroughs High School in Burbank from 2013-17, as both an assistant coach and a head coach.  

Jacobs graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in sociology.
