Darren Sims enters his first season on the CMS women's soccer staff in 2024, where he will serve as the program's performance analyst.
Sims has spent more than a decade in the high school ranks, working at Notre Dame High School from 2012-18, and then at Moreno Valley from 2018-present. His role at both places has been to provide instruction to athletes in numerous sports, mentoring athletes both athletically and academically.
While at Notre Dame, Sims worked with a football team that captured the 2015 CIF Southern Section Championship.
Originally from Riverside, California, Sims attended Westwood College, where he studied graphic arts and design.
