CLAREMONT, Calif. - Seven members of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's tennis team earned Scholar-Athlete honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, the organization announced this week.

Seniors Matt Robinson and Morgan Schilling earned spots on the Scholar-Athlete team for the Stags, along with junior Advik Mareedu, sophomores Anirudh Gupta and Josh Kim and freshmen Caleb Settles and Brandon Vu.

The Scholar-Athlete teams require meeting a minimum grade point average during the 2024-25 academic year. In addition to the seven individuals honored, the Stags also earned All-Academic Team distinction for having a grade point average over a 3.2.

CMS finished the year with a 31-3 record and reached the semifinals of the NCAA Division III Tournament. Mareedu went on to win the NCAA singles title, and was joined on the ITA All-America list by Kim, Settles and Vu.
