Attended Murrieta Valley High School, where she was a member of the volleyball team ... Also played club volleyball for Forza1 South ... Was a Southwest League 2nd Team All League 2019, while also earning SW League All-Scholastic Team honors twice in 2018 and 2019 ... Helped Murrieta Valley to the CIF Division 2 finals in 2019, as well as an appearance in the state semifinals ... Personal
Attends Claremont McKenna, where she majors in environment, economics and politics ... Father, David, played water polo at the US Air Force Academy, where her mother also attended ... Spent the summer of 2022 playing in beach volleyball tournaments and traveling to Monterey and Florida ("I also worked at the local volleyball club that I played for as a high schooler. It was interesting to have a different perspective of my past coaches as I worked with them. Even now I was still able to learn things from them about volleyball while working alongside them.") ... Lists Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling as her favorite book ... Lists general chemistry as her favorite course she has taken in college so far ("I really enjoy STEM subjects and helping my peers learn. This school year I plan to TA for Gen Chem in the spring!") ... Chose CMS "because it had the best of both worlds: small class sizes but big social opportunities."
