The Stags hope to look past their not-so-stellar ending to the regular season when they host #4 Occidental in the SCIAC Post-Season Tournament on Friday, Feb. 25. This semi-final matchup will be broadcasted live via internet at 7:15 PM. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM.

After a spectacular 11-1 record in SCIAC play, the Stags lost their final two games against Pomona-Pitzer and Cal Lutheran. The Stags are in a very comfortable position as they are seeded #1 in the tournament and will host tonight's game and possibly the final game. The Stags are 9-2 at home this season.  

CMS has played well against Occidental so far this season, defeating the Tigers 66-58 on Jan. 13 and 70-64 on Feb. 6. Chris Bless (JR, Carmichael) scored game-highs in both games (16 and 23) and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds in their road win.

The winner of tonight's match-up will play the winner of the Pomona-Pitzer/Cal Lutheran game. If CMS wins tonight, they will play the SCIAC final on Saturday at Ducey Gym.
