COSTA MESA, Calif. - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's golf team placed all four scorers in the red to shoot a -12 as a team to win by eight strokes over both Chapman and La Verne at the Chapman Tri-Match on Friday at the Los Lagos Course at Costa Mesa Country Club. 

Yuefeng (Michael) Ma took individual medalist honors with a 67 (-5) to win by two strokes over four other players, including teammates Jamison Tan and Arnold He. Kevin Jiang was also in the red with a 71 (-1) for CMS. 

The Stags earned their second win of the fall season, after also defeating La Verne by six strokes in a dual last Friday. 

CMS will next be in action when it travels to play in the Ottawa (Arizona) Fall Invitational on Monday and Tuesday in Surprise, Arizona.
