CLAREMONT, Calif. - Senior John Laidlaw and sophomores Zeno Bang and Collin Ross of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men' soccer team earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators, the organization announced this week.

The Academic All-District award is open to sophomores and older who meet the minimum participation requirements, and have a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).

Laidlaw has been a member of the SCIAC All-Academic team for all four seasons with the Stags, finishing his career with 24 goals and 12 assists. Bang and Ross were SCAIC All-Academic selections last season as first-years.

The three Stags were also key contributors to a 2024 CMS team that advanced to the Round of 16 at the NCAA Division III Championship, after winning both the SCIAC title and the NCAA Regional title hosted by Colorado College.
